Interactive Resorts Ltd. was formed in July 2004 by a group of 4 passionate skiers and snowboarders who had previous experience of working in the ski holiday industry. Starting out working from a small premises in London's Earls Court, we have steadily grown to a 40+ strong team all based in our Fulham office in South-West London.
Our success is based upon an unparalleled knowledge of every major ski resort. Every single member of our sales team has completed at least one season in the Alps and can therefore offer the most detailed insider knowledge available. We have also visited almost every chalet in our extensive portfolio so you will be able to call our sales office and discuss a specific chalet with someone who has actually been there. We also offer honest and impartial advice on all of our chalets and we are fully committed to finding the right holiday, for the right client at the right price.
As an agent, we work with over 130 different operators and each of these operators offer different chalets and services. We are therefore ideally set up to listen to your holiday requirements and then offer choices that fulfill all of your wishes. We have everything from the largest multinational holiday operators all the way down to independent chalets run by the owners. We also offer exactly the same price as if you had gone directly to the operators, you do not have to pay anything extra for our expert service.
We offer exceptional customer service from the moment you enquire until the moment you arrive back from your holiday. Our administration department will look after every detail of your holiday before you set off to make sure every detail is covered, making your holiday preparations as stress free as possible. Every guest is also given their own unique client area that shows every little detail of your booking as well as an easy to manage communications area so you can ask our team any question that arises with a minimum of fuss.
